Share observations, not private records
For a monitoring question, describe the period and the trend. Remove customer account numbers, precise location, credentials and personal details from any supporting material. Do not share a live monitoring login.
How discussion should work
Evidence, respectful disagreement and disclosed commercial interests make advice easier to assess. Vendor claims need sources. A community discussion cannot replace a site assessment, electrical inspection or scheme approval.
Public membership and posting are not enabled. Topic suggestions are currently handled through email contact. For an equipment fault, use your installer’s support process.
