This notice covers the Solarower learning website at solarower.com. It describes the current education and planning website; it does not cover a future shop or member service.
Website requests and operational data
The website runs on WordPress and Hostinger. Hosting and security systems may process request and security information, including IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and referring pages, to deliver the website, diagnose problems and protect it from misuse.
Calculator inputs
The current calculators process the numbers you enter in your browser. They do not submit these inputs to Solarower or create a saved customer record. Avoid entering personal or confidential information in calculator fields.
Email enquiries
If you email us, your address, message and any attachments are handled through email services so we can read and respond to your enquiry. Please send only information needed to explain your question. We may retain correspondence where needed for follow-up or legitimate operational requirements.
Cookies and local storage
WordPress and hosting or security features may use cookies or similar storage for login, security and website operation. Administrator login cookies are separate from public calculator use. Browser settings can control cookies; blocking them may affect some website functions.
Services not currently offered
Public registration, community posting, newsletter subscriptions, online checkout and a public enquiry form are not currently enabled. If these services or additional analytics and marketing tools are introduced, this notice and any required choices will be reviewed before activation.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, security and email providers may process information to operate their services. Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices; review those notices before sharing information.
Privacy questions
Use the email address shown on our Contact page to raise a privacy question or request about correspondence you sent us. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.

Social links and your choices.
Solarower links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube using ordinary outbound links. Clicking one takes you to an external service, where that platform’s privacy practices and account settings apply. These links are not embedded social feeds.
You can read our learning pages and use the current calculators without creating a Solarower public account. Email enquiries are optional; share only the information needed to explain your question. For privacy questions, contact solarowersupport@gmail.com.
If we introduce a marketplace, public accounts, newsletter or additional tracking, this notice must be reviewed against the actual data collected, providers, retention practices and available choices before those features are enabled.

Solar help enquiries
The solar help form collects your name, phone number, email, state, city, PIN code, service requirement and permission to contact you. Enquiries are stored privately in WordPress and available only to authorised administrators for review and related phone or email follow-up. This permission does not include marketing. We ask for separate permission before sending contact details to a named provider. Information is retained for enquiry handling and necessary follow-up. Request correction or deletion at solarowersupport@gmail.com. Backup copies may expire under a separate backup cycle.
